Using this website
Use the site for lawful event, ticket, account and learning activities. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, misuse another person’s identity or ticket, scrape protected information, or upload malicious content.
Bookings and information
A booking is based on the event, ticket tier, price and terms shown during checkout. You are responsible for checking the attendee and contact details you submit. A pending order is not proof that payment has settled; admission or access is confirmed through the status and communications attached to the order.
Accounts and access
Keep sign-in links and credentials private. Course and account access is for the person or group enrolled and may not be used to gain unauthorised access for others. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or ticket has been compromised.
Events and materials
Schedules, venues, speakers and programme details may change when reasonably necessary. Event materials, branding, recordings and site content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights unless a different licence is stated.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Refund and cancellation requests follow the policy published on this site together with applicable Philippine law.
