Our approach
We aim for clear structure, keyboard-reachable controls, readable contrast, meaningful labels, responsive layouts and alternatives when a visual or interactive feature creates a barrier. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certification.
Event accommodations
If you need an accommodation for a venue, programme, ticket or learning material, contact us as early as practical. Tell us the event and the barrier you expect to encounter; you do not need to disclose more medical information than is necessary to explain the adjustment requested.
Report a barrier
Use the concern form and choose “Accessibility.” Include the page, device or task involved and what you were trying to do. We will use that detail to reproduce the problem and provide another way to complete the task where possible.
