Ask us first
Send a concern with your order reference, the affected ticket or product, and what went wrong. Do not include a full payment-card number. We will review the purchase record, the terms shown for that event or product, and the remedy required by applicable law.
If we cancel or materially change an event
We will contact affected buyers using the details supplied with the order and explain the available remedy. Depending on the circumstances this may include a replacement date, substitute delivery, credit or refund. A minor programme change does not automatically mean the event has been cancelled.
Payment and fulfilment problems
Duplicate charges, an item not delivered as agreed, or a service that does not match the confirmed order should be reported promptly. Bank transfers may remain pending until staff can match the deposit; please include the order reference and proof that does not reveal unnecessary account information.
Change-of-mind and ticket requests
Eligibility depends on the terms disclosed for the specific purchase and the facts of the request. We do not use this page to impose a blanket “no refund” rule. Mandatory rights to repair, replacement, refund or other consumer remedies remain available where Philippine law requires them.
How refunds are returned
When a refund is approved, we will confirm the method and expected processing path. Where practical it is returned through the original payment route; provider and bank processing times may occur after we release it.
