Who is responsible
Success Options Inc., 56 Esteban St, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, operates this website and decides how the personal information described here is used. Privacy questions and requests may be sent through our concern form or to ask@successoptionsinc.com.
Information we handle
- Contact and account details such as name, email address and sign-in information.
- Order, payment-status, ticket, attendee, event and course-access records needed to deliver what you purchased.
- Marketing consent, unsubscribe history, campaign attribution and advertising-measurement choices.
- Messages, attachments and references you provide when asking for support.
- Ordinary security and technical records such as server logs, browser details and IP address. Advertising providers load only after you allow advertising measurement.
Why we use it
We use information to process bookings and payments, issue and validate tickets, provide course access, operate accounts, communicate event changes, answer concerns, prevent misuse, keep financial and attendance records, and send marketing only where there is a valid permission or other lawful basis.
Who may receive it
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate payments, email, hosting, ticketing and learning access; with Meta or Google for consented advertising measurement; and with authorities or advisers when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not include your name or email in the advertising-conversion payload described on this site.
Retention and protection
We keep records only for as long as they remain necessary for the purpose collected, contractual support, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Different records therefore have different retention periods. Access is limited by role, and payment credentials are kept out of public pages and support messages.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to be informed, access or correct your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw marketing consent, request erasure or portability, and raise a complaint. Some requests may be limited by records we must keep by law or to establish or defend a legal claim. Use the concern form and choose “Privacy request”; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information.
